Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker — The Short Version

TabTrade opened in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, the breadth is not narrow.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders prefer it once they try it.

FIX API is available for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition when it arrives.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for typical accounts. Skip it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The speed is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform quote a much wider range.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket offer execution like this.

Safety

Here is the thing that matters. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It should be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether the trade-off is worth it comes down to your priorities.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You fund your account, TabTrade add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before funding.
